The location was great being just around the

corner from Spectrum Health, which made my visit much easier. The room was comfortable, but I missed the breakfast due to a procedure I had to undergo. Overall, the experience was good but could have been perfect with better communication about meal options.

The stay was generally good, especially after enjoying a nice breakfast with a lovely attendant managing the station. However, the room was not very soundproof. I could hear people running up and down the stairs on the first night and stomping above me on the second. For the price I paid, a more comfortable bed would have made a big difference but overall, I appreciated the cleanliness and convenient location.
